As part of our Distribution team, you’ll be working with the products and services that have helped to make us leaders in insurance, both for businesses and individuals. The department is dedicated to generating new business through the management of all relationships with our broker partners from coast to coast. And joining them, whether you keep existing clients up to date with our latest products and policies, identify opportunities to strike up fresh relationships or manage the various distribution channels across the business, you’ll keep the customer experience at the heart of everything you do.
It’s all about balancing customer service with our own operational performance. So looking after a portfolio of brokers, our Distribution teams build up a rapport with each and every one in order to develop an understanding of their individual circumstances and their customers’ needs. Knowing them inside out means we can protect their interests while boosting the commercial value of our products and policies at the same time.
With so many world-class products and services to offer, it takes a variety of talented people to make sure they’re being made the most of.
